Delivery

We send our Gift Boxes via three delivery companies. Evri, Parcelforce and Royal Mail. Depending on the size of the item and the order delivery address. When the item is despatched we will email you the tracking number and the estimated delivery date.

We will endeavour to get your order delivered to you within 4-5 working days excluding Bank Holiday's. (Working days means we only process orders Monday - Friday and generally dispatch the majority on Thursdays). From time to time orders may take 6-8 working days from order and payment.

 This can be due to the number of orders and stock levels we have to process.

When you place an order, you will receive an order confirmation email from 'Cocktail Lab' and another email when we dispatch your order. All emails will be sent to the email address registered with your order.

Please note that the tracking number on the order confirmation email may take unto 12 hours to show on the courier company's system.

If Evri, Royal Mail or Parcelforce cannot deliver due to no one being in, please use your tracking details to arrange redelivery direct with the courier company. Failure to do so may result in further failed delivery attempts. Therefor the goods will eventually be returned to us and a full credit for the product will be issued to your account, minus the delivery charge.

Delivery cost is £4.95 within the UK Mainland. Depending on the weight of the order and may rise depending on the number of items ordered. 



*We offer free delivery to one address within the UK Mainland on orders over £50

Please note - The postal charges take into consideration some locations in UK which sadly suffer additional postage charges due to the complexity of delivery. These include some of the Scottish Highlands and Islands also Northern Ireland



Delivery is charged at £6.95 within the Scottish Highlands and Islands also Northern Ireland and other British islands
